1. Products and Services

Bambashop.be exclusively sells physical baskets. All products are described and depicted as accurately as possible on our website. Minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the agreement. Our products are delivered without additional accessories unless explicitly stated. There are no contracts for continuous or recurring deliveries; each order is considered a separate purchase agreement.

2. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
  • Current prices are visible on the product pages of our website.
  • Any shipping costs are listed separately according to our shipping policy.
  • Payment must be made in full and in advance using the offered payment methods.
  • If payment is not received, the order will not be processed and automatically expires.
  • Offers and promotions are valid while stocks last or for the indicated period.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy We ship from Belgium to customers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. Shipping is done through external carriers (such as Bpost, PostNL, or other courier services).

Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment.
  • For custom or special orders, a longer delivery time may apply; this will be clearly communicated in advance.
  • If delivery is delayed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Undelivered Orders If an order is not delivered, we will investigate this together with the carrier. Bambashop.be is not liable for errors or delays caused by third parties, but will make efforts to provide an appropriate solution.

4. Guarantee and Warranty

We guarantee that our products meet reasonable expectations of quality and usability.

  • If a product appears to be defective upon receipt, the customer must report this in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  • Depending on the situation, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or personal modifications.
  • Any manufacturer warranties apply from the date of delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Complaints

Return Policy

  • Customers have the right to cancel the purchase within 8 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and returned in its original condition.
  • The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, unless it concerns an error or defect on our part.
  • Refunds are processed within 8 days of receiving the return shipment and are made using the same payment method as the original payment.
  • Products that are custom-made or discounted items can only be returned if defective.

Complaint Procedure Complaints can be submitted via our contact form or by email. Please include your order number and a clear description of the complaint. We aim to address complaints within 7 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Bambashop.be is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties (such as carriers or payment providers).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All photos, texts, logos, and graphic elements on Bambashop.be are the property of Bambashop.be and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Changes to the Terms

Bambashop.be reserves the right to modify or supplement these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Modified terms apply from the time of publication on the website.
  • For ongoing orders, the terms that were in effect at the time of the order remain valid.
  • We will inform customers about important changes via our website or by email.

9. Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Ghent, Belgium.
