Will I receive the same product as shown in the photo?<\/span><\/div><\/span><\/div>

Our baskets are all handmade and unique, so a basket may slightly differ from the photo. Typical variations can include: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • <\/div>Size.<\/strong> Occasionally, a basket may vary slightly in size from the stated dimensions. However, this variation is no more than 1\u20132 cm.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • <\/div>Colour patterns: Particularly when a basket consists of many colours, the colour patterns may not be identical to those shown in the photo. However, the overall appearance of the basket will always correspond to the photo. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
    Can I return a purchase? <\/span><\/div><\/span><\/div>

    You have the right to return your purchase within 8 days of delivery. You can do this via our contact form. Returns must always be made at your own expense, and the basket must be repackaged exactly as it was originally sent to ensure it is not damaged in transit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that we are a small business. We operate on very low margins, so returning a basket can have a significant impact on us. Please therefore think carefully before making a purchase. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Will products that are ‘out of stock’ be restocked? <\/span><\/div><\/span><\/div>
